About me
Active as a composer/arranger and trombonist, Chris maintains a busy performance schedule throughout the Northeast, specializing primarily in jazz and contemporary improvised music. Chris can currently be seen performing with Mehmet Sanlikol and “Whatsnext?,” the Ayn Inserto Jazz Orchestra, the New England Jazz Collaborative, and the Fernando Huergo Big Band. He has been on the faculty at Concord Academy (Concord, MA) since 2019, where he directs the jazz and pop ensembles. He serves as an associate professor of music at Springfield College (Springfield, MA) and as the director of Jazz Ensembles at Clark University (Worcester, MA).
