Let’s pull back the curtain and see what takes place before the holiday concert or the homecoming parade. How do you define success on the annual spring trip or at the festival showcase performance? As we all know, these are only "the tip of the iceberg.” The countless hours of unwavering commitment and disciplined dedication (by both teachers and students) often get overshadowed by the excitement of the musical presentation itself, but without them, there *is* no music to be presented. What are the key road signs to this successful destination?
